What if I don’t know what to say?
That’s how most men start. You don’t need to prepare — the session unfolds naturally.

Is it really private?
100%. All sessions are confidential and one-on-one via secure video Zoom.

What if I feel uncomfortable?
Good. That means you’re touching the parts you’ve been avoiding. Sit with it. That’s where transformation begins.
