• All bookings are made through the website using Calendly.

• Payments are processed via Stripe at the time of booking.

• Prices are displayed in [EUR/USD].

• By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the full amount.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Refunds for technical issues or other exceptions are at the sole discretion of Lorenzo Listens.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The services provided are for listening and supportive guidance only.

• They do not replace professional therapy or medical advice.

• Lorenzolistens is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by users as a result of a session.

5. User Conduct

• Users must treat sessions respectfully and avoid harmful, abusive, or illegal behavior.

• Lorenzolistens reserves the right to terminate a session if conduct is inappropriate.

• Personal data (name, email, payment info) is collected only for booking and session management purposes.
